Esquina Porteña - Práctica de Tango

Come and join us to practice your tango in a relaxed and friendly setting.
8pm - 8.30pm - We set this time aside to provide you the opportunity to warm up to a variety of Tango music not in Tandas - feel free to stretch, practise your turns, walking, ochos or work on other exercises to improve your technique. If you're stuck for ideas we can recommend exercises to you. Feel free to work alone or with a partner.

8.30 - 11.30pm. Practise your dancing in a social setting to traditional tango music arranged in tandas with cortinas. This is the perfect opportunity for you to practise what you have learnt in recent classes or workshops, master new figures, develop your ronda skills, and to offer and give feedback. There is also a side room where you can continue to work on technical exercises if you wish.

As always, there will be complementary light refreshments and free entry to our raffle. There's usually a bottle of wine open somewhere or you may wish to bring your own

Reward Card Scheme: We operate a reward card scheme whereby you can collect reward card points at each of our events which can be used to gain discounted entry to a future milonga or practica run by us.
