Tangueros from the far reaches of the land will converge upon Tadcaster for the jewel in the crown of the Nuevo calendar.
6 hours of lessons, 3 DJs, fantastic floor, atmosphere and sound system, the best Nuevo teachers for miles around and a day and night to remember.
If you do not have a partner, PM us as we usually have people in a similar situation! If there isn't anyone available we can add you to our waiting list and try to find a partner for you.

The idea behind this event is to bring together a cooperative of popular teachers & DJs so that you can experience first hand the different dancing and teaching styles on offer in The North.
Everybody has their own approach and brings a unique perspective to our dancing journey. As an added bonus, the teachers/DJs for our all-dayer are also friendly, helpful and supportive of our tango community as a whole!
We have hired out the entirety of the Riley Smith Hall in Tadcaster with its high ceilings, huge sprung dance floor, additional teaching/practice rooms, bar, cafe-style facilities etc.
We hope to have around 50-60 dancers coming - all booked as couples. This means, at the booking stages at least, we have gender parity for the classes.
We will rotate partners frequently and whilst we can't guarantee equal numbers... we've done everything we can to make sure it starts out that way!
(classes will be 50 minutes long with 10 minutes change over time)

9:15-9:45 Body manipulation and movement warm up with Adam Parnell of White Rose Tango.
Not specifically tango per se but a gentle start and practise of some of the guiding principles of White Rose Tango's leading and following technique.

Natasha & Sarah are relatively new to the tango scene.
If you've been to a Hardcore tango class you'll know you're in for a treat as these two delightful ladies put you through your paces.
4:00 Musicality discussion upstairs with Adam Parnell
Our traditional discussion of all things music related with my good self upstairs. Come and pose your questions and/or contribute to our informal musicality discussion.
