Glasgow Matinee Milonga

The Saturday Matinee Milonga is part of Glasgow Tango Studios Saturday Tango Social.

The afternoon consists of a class a Practica and the Matinee Milonga. You are welcome to join us for the whole afternoon or for any part of it.

At the Practica
Practice and work on developing your Tango during this part of the afternoon. The music during the practica is played in tandas of four songs by the same orchestra and from the same time period but without cortinas.


At the Matinee Milonga
Dance socially with music from DJ Jeff Allan played in tandas with cortinas, there is a nice floor for dancing and an excellent sound system. The organisers encourage the codigos in consideration of other dancers to create an enjoyable social experience for everyone.

Tea Coffee and snacks are provided free through the afternoon.

Matinee Milonga 3.30 - 6.00pm
