5pm - 6pm Pre milonga class with Nicolas Ignacio Godoy and Sandra Escandon focussing on figures in close embrace for the milonga with musicality.
6pm - 10pm Milonga with special guest DJ Nicolas Ignacio Godoy.
At our milonga we play 100% traditional tango music mainly from the golden age in TTVTTM format usually in tandas of 3
We encourage observance of the mirada/cabaceo for inviting others to dance as well as demonstrating good floor craft and observing the etiquette of the Ronda
Light refreshments are freely available and there will also be a complimentary hot and cold buffet during the evening (including empanadas, bhajis, risotto parcels and whatever else I manage to rustle up) gluten free and vegan options will be available.
We don't serve alcohol but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Wine glasses are available in the kitchen.
The hall doesn't have its own car park but there is plenty of parking available close to the venue on St Andrews Hall and the adjacent streets.
