Learning Milonga Never Stops… and That’s the Point.
Whether you’re stepping into milonga for the very first time or have been dancing it for years, you’re still learning. Why? Because mastery takes time.
📚 According to research by Anders Ericsson (popularized by Malcolm Gladwell), it takes roughly 10,000 hours of deliberate practice to achieve mastery in any skill. That means every class, every correction, every moment on the floor matters.
At different stages of your journey, you hear and absorb differently. You’re always learning, but what you’re ready for evolves.
