This day will change how you dance and what you feel is possible.

This is a day of exploration of movement and a chance to connect with like minded souls.

The day

  • Four thematically linked workshops that will challenge and move you, opening up new ways of thinking and unleashing the inner you.
  • Communal eating
  • An evening dance where you can let rip with the new ideas.

Community is an important part of this so the day allows ample time for socialising and eating.

The venue is in Nottingham, centrally placed for the UK, within 30 minutes of Junction 26 on the M1.
