Please note:
- For the workshops (either taken individually or as part of a package) it is necessary to pre-book. We can confirm your booking on receipt of payment.
- This is for us to make sure that everyone who booked for the workshops is definitely going to use the space booked for and also for us to balance the leaders and followers as much as possible.
- We prefer booking for milongas too (the Center limits capacity and it helps us to organise seating) but we will welcome people on the door also until we are at full capacity for the room.
- Please BYO food and beverages, we only provide drinking water at the venue.
YOUR PLACE AT THE WORKSHOPS AND THE MILONGAS WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY WITH THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
If you change your mind within 14 days of payment, let us know and we will process a full refund.
If extenuating circumstances which mean that you will no longer be able to attend the event, we will consider whether a refund is due on a case by case basis.
