Colgadas take us off the axis - but never out of control. In this Pre-Advanced series, we explore how to lean away from each other while staying fully connected.

You’ll learn how to prepare, enter, sustain, and exit colgadas with confidence and fluidity — whether they’re tiny tilts or sweeping suspended shapes. We’ll also examine how momentum, torsion, and counterbalance make it all possible.
Not just a flashy move - colgadas teach deep body awareness, partner trust, and precise connection.
