The August edition of Tango Warwick's monthly traditional and welcoming milonga. Guest DJ: Diego Doigneau. This time we are in the lovely Hatton Village Hall, just north of Warwick and easily accessible from major motorways and trunk roads.
It is close to the geographic centre of England and a major tourist area (Warwick Castle, Stratford on Avon, Kenilworth,...). The milonga attracts participants from all directions, making for a lively, dynamic, evening.
There will be some nibbles, cold soft drinks, fine cordials, and wine for early arrivers, but BYOB if you wish.
We encourage good tango, nice ronda and cabeceo!
It will be the friendly, joyful, welcoming, and lively, milonga tango dancers have come to love. Above all there will be a warm welcome for visitors, occasionals, and regulars alike.

Come and join friendly dancers from all over the region, and beyond, in the incarnation of lovely dances from the exciting atmosphere created by Diego. A superb summer evening for the enjoyment of tango!

HATTON VILLAGE HALL is a red brick & stone, basically one storey, building in its own car park on the east side of the Birmingham Rd, A 4177, between Hatton and Haseley. We are in the Main Hall.
Coming from M40 take A46 towards Coventry at Junction 15, take left at first junction, onto A4177/A425 roundabout, go north on Birmingham Rd past Hatton. It is not the Hatton Park Village Hall!! even though some maps say it is. Go past Hatton Arms pub and continue some way. The Hall will be seen on the right, after a slight bend, in the fork made by a small road, Firs Lane, forking right. The entrance is on Firs Lane. It is easy to overshoot!
PARKING is in the capacious car park, entrance on side road, or park on a side road.
TOURISM etc.: Birmingham Airport is close. There are several pleasant pubs and eating places nearby, some by canals. Plenty of accommodation can be found in Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth, or Stratford-on-Avon. My favourite National Trust property the moated Baddesley Clinton house is just a few miles away.
