A one day introduction to Argentine Tango that assumes nothing except two left feet.
This is an excellent opportunity to get friends and aquaintances involved in Tango - Couples will have a fun day together, those who want to learn the other role will get a good grounding, and anyone who you might know who would like to try tango is going to have a great time.
No partner needed. We will role balance the day.
Participants will learn the basics of Argentine Tango from experienced teachers - they will be dancing the basics of Argentine Tango by the end of the day.
The day consists of progressive workshops that teach how Argentine Tango works, building up through the walk and basic steps. Along the way there is an introduction to the history of Argentine Tango and and explanation of the social dance scene.
The day consists of a number of sessions with breaks for chat and lunch.
